Trying to get additional details on a child account

Here is the situation: My younger stepson has had two enforcement actions against him for cheating. The first one he rightfully earned, and is not being contested(along with a thorough chastising because l paid for a year subscription for him on Xbox 360).
The second one happened on the morning of 7/18/17. Problem is, he hasn't been in any online games since his first violation, and I am trying to find out how to get information on this second enforcement action. I have requested a case review, but all that
yielded is a copy/paste of the text of the second enforcement action with no further details provided.

Hey there, do you mean change the privacy settings on a child account without the adult accounts information? I do not believe that is possible and you will need the adult's account details to verify the changes.

xbox live set up for a child - help please!!!

I'm trying to set up xbox live for first time, I'm not sure if i should enter my details or my sons - he is 9???? Do i enter my details and then add a child account or do i enter his details as a child??? I've also just set up microsoft account but it has
given me an automatic user name - my son already has a gamertag on the xbox and wants to use this name, I'm so confused, please help!!

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Reports need to be investigated first which takes time.The 2nd suspension would be for something he did before his first suspension was even issued.

That date is for when the suspension issued,not when the offence occurred.

The enforcement site here is the only place to find out about any enforcement actions.

Hi Liam,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Are you the only account on the mentioned console. If their is a child account also on the console those child restrictions will also affect your account if that child account is currently logged in. If there are no additional accounts I would recommend verifying that your accounts "content restrictions" are set to the desired level to allow you to download the games and apps that you want. You can get here by navigating to Settings/Account/Content Restrictions .
