trying to get a refund

I am trying to get a refund for a digital Xbox game and I meet all of the requirements

but when I try to open the refund form it all ways open create a child account and add family members on Xbox one so does anybody know how to fix this problem so I can get a refund before the 14 days are up

You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you will need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Even if you meet the requirements to be eligible for a refund there is still certain Terms and Conditions that will apply to all refunds.

In order to send a refund request, you must identify which account the charge came from, enter the history and obtain the purchase order number, since this identifier is requested for the request.

You can find the order number here:

Once you have it on hand, you can request a refund by filling out the following form:
