Trying To Get a refund on a game

Hello, I'm trying to get a refund on Battlefield 4 as when I play the campaign, it doesn't save progress so when I'm next on xbox, I have to restart. This problem has been going on for a year now. This is frustrating. I've contacted Xbox Support and they
say:

"as per the Microsoft Services Agreement (Microsoft Services Agreement), all sales are deemed final and non-refundable once completed. As much as I would
like to process a refund for Battlefield 4, we are unable to do so as the game was purchased last September 8, 2015 and the base game appears to be working."

According to the Consumer Rights Act, goods must be:

• Satisfactory quality.
• Fit for purpose.
• As described.

So they're not really of satisfactory quality. I thought that if you can't get a replacement / fix, then you're entitled to a refund.

What do people think about this?

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you will need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

trying to get a refund but there seems to be a lack of me knowing when I’m needed for my part.

 

I think you should contact EA as the save system is a in game feature that is put there by the game developer not microsoft, But I do agree that you should be able to have a refund if the game is not working properly.

But the game is playable so it is not actually faulty so a refund should not be given, I would contact EA as they developed the game.

 

Try deleting your game save from 'Console Only'

 

I'm confused.You say you have been having the problem for a year but the game was bought in September last year ???

Either way,you wont get a refund from a game bought that long ago.

 

Aww. Thought they'd fixed that. I swear, if I hear that song again at the beginning........................
