Have recently sent this reply to Microshaft after explaning that the reason I didn't cancel is that I forgot all about it as I was going through a divorce at the time.

Hello,

No I don't understand your situation as I have said countless times I haven't used your service for the past 4 years because I haven't got an XBOX 360 anymore? Its like getting changed for using satellite tv without having the dish or receiver?

This is ludicrous and I was explicitly told the first time when I actually spoke to someone that they could of refunded me the money if I remembered the Gamertag or email address which I could remember at the time.

Please escalate this as a serious complaint now as I am really not happy that this has not been taken any further up the tree?!

I am willing to take this further if nothing is done on this as its a real travesty and very poor on Microsofts front

banned for life

My old Xbox live account [mod removed] has been banned for life. i been a member for over 4 years and spent a lot of money in the past 4 years and not i get banned for life. i would really i to know why i got banned for life.

Their refund policy is cra cra in regards to one a year, but it’s even more crazy that people still purchase things accidentally. It’s almost impossible to do. You need to confirm it, then confirm which paymeny method, then confirm it again.

Im having a tenure problem and i cant prove that i have been with xbox live almost 10 years now. Apparently when i switched to the 360 my tenure started over in their system. Dose anyone know of a way to see when my xbox live gamer tag was first registered?
I know i played for almost 3 years on the regular xbox and traded up to the 360 in 2006. (The only way i have proved that i was on in 2006 was to show the tech my Halo 2 service record and that only got me up to when i traded up.)
