    Worst customer service EVER! I downloaded (3+ hours to download) the new Flight Simulator 2020 on Tuesday (4 days ago) only to have it not able to run on my computer. It was aggravating enough to discover my computer needed
    to be upgraded (video graphics card... can't upgrade it) to be able to play the "game"... right? I contacted you for a refund and you refused to give me my money back for a product I'm unable to use. The reason? The purchase price of $120 was "over your
    limit for what you're able to refund". What?!?! That's what I was told. What the hell kind of a policy is that? Had I not bought the DELUXE $120 version I might have had more luck with the BASIC $59 version. I wish I were kidding, but that's what I was told.
    Had I went to a store and bought something that didn't work I'd go back to the store and get my money back... no matter what it costs! I will NEVER purchase another Microsoft product for as long as I live! It makes me wanna buy a Mac... and if you know me
    you know how much I hate Apple! Beyond upset! Thanks for listening!

    Had I bought this software at a store I'd be returning it to the store for a full refund because it didn't work. Period. It did not work. It doesn't matter who's fault that was. It WAS mine and I've admitted that. I'm just SHOCKED they'd want someone to
    not be able to use the product they paid for. If I accidentally bought tires for my car that didn't fit I wouldn't keep the tires. I'd get my money back. Anyone would. Or exchange it for something I can use. In this case there isn't a proper replacement.

    Its not that the software isnt working you didnt meet the requirements

    Minimun requirements are there for a reason

    And it is YOUR responcibility to confirm this

    Except r both would.laugh at you

    One you ignored system requirements thats like saying ita the cops fault if you speed 100 kmh in a 50knh zone in a no speeding zone because the speed limit is too low

    Thats willfull user error

    Two memory wouldnt be an issue unless yoy are talking about shared memory which case you need to upgrade thw card as intergrated graphics isnt the best nor is shared memory

    A seperate card is always recommended for games

    3rd are you really that outdated ?

    Even recent listings of the top 10 richest people of thw world list his status

    Hes no longer sits as ceo or chairman of ms

    Hes not even involved with the day to day operations

    Bill gates is only incharge of the gates foundation nowadays

    I had the exact same issue, prepaid for FS 16 days ago, started trying to install on the 19th, never could get it to install, tried for 3 days, contacted MS for refund and was told "NO" I was past the 15 days of purchase..

    My computer met or exceeded all of the minimum system requirements... all but the accelerated graphics memory requirements. (I'm not able to upgrade this part of my 6 month old computer as it does not have expansion slots) Am I to blame for this? Perhaps
    a little, but my complaint isn't about the software not working, it's about the beyond terrible policy to not refund non-working software beyond a certain price point. I cannot believe a company like Microsoft would want people to be unhappy with their products
    for something as simple as giving their money back to a customer that cannot use their software. It's sick and wrong!
