Trying to get a refund, but the refund form does not work.

I want to get a refund for an Xbox product.

I go to the refund form, I go through the 5 steps to categorise the refund, at the last step it has a linked labelled 'Request a refund', this takes me to a blank box with the unhappy file face, and a line saying 'login.microsoft.com refused to connect'.

How to do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you're having difficulty getting the refund request form to function, you may wish to try clearing the cache and cookies for your web browser (if on a PC), then attempting again. Alternatively,
you may also try from a different web browser or device. Please be aware that if you are using any iOS (Apple) device that you may experience difficulty in requesting a refund.

If you do continue to have issues, even after troubleshooting, then you may wish to
request a call back from Xbox Support to see if they're able to further assist you. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with billing issues.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

For a refund you will have to fill out the form located at the following link.
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-refund

If that doesn't work try contacting
Xbox Support directly.
