Trying to gain a case re-appeal

My main account was suspended due to impersonation but I could prove how my words were taken out of context as I never said "I'm suspending your account" rather stated that said person (reporter who was scamming other players and attempted to scam me + I
have video evidence of him trying to) would receive a suspension due to everyone reporting him for scamming/attempting to scam.

XBL Enforcement has decided not to allow my main account "Maxwell" to provide any information and refuses to answer my posts on forums using this account about it. I've exhausted many options even tried messaging their gamertags as my evidence would clear
my main accounts name but unfortunately everything isn't going well.

The cheater has gotten off with nothing happening to his account even though in-game chat he used offensive language and attempted to scam in-game, I find it funny how my words were taken out of context and results in my ban when I never stated I was or
am a microsoft employee + never threatened or state I am banning/suspending his account.

I posted this here to gain some sort of view in hopes someone from microsoft sees because like I've stated above, I've exhausted all options so far.

Suspended Account

I've had features suspended and given a generic reason harassment ya-da ya-da. No actual quote of what was said though. Who do I contact to appeal or gain a specific reason as to why?

 

No one from the enforcement team monitors this forum. Your only option is going through the appeal process at this link

That I obviously know but as state I was not allowed to provide information you know how it goes from under review then "Need Info" instead it skipped that to "Summary" showing the decision is upheld.

If I could provide the information I would definitely be able to show how words were out of context as I never said nor did I hint to the fact that I could ban/be an employee. The video would show him attempting to scam me.

 

As I stated previously, no one it this forum can assist you with this. If they won't assist you in the enforcement forum then I'm afraid you will just have to wait out your suspension. You could call the toll free support number but they will most likely
just re-direct you back to the enforcement forum.

Your best option if someone online is doing something to you is report them and move on. Don't get into any confrontation with them.

This post isn't attempting to seek help with this issue unless you're an employee at MS. This post is to hope it'll gain traction due to not allowing me to prove that I am innocent. I'm not seeking help or information that is easily acquired you should realize
I've been apart of XBL Ambassador/Enforcement UN for just about a year now (On my main account "Maxwell").

Unfortunately that all came to an end after having my words turned around (Which is obvious) and taken out of context.

It's sad to because I've been a member of XBL since 2006 and the treatment I've received is nothing less than saddening.

 

Sorry to hear your account was banned. However, as Genesis mentioned, no one here will be able to assist. Posting to the forums here will not gain you traction nor support as the PET do not police these forums nor can anyone but the PET assist with any
type of appeal.

If you have already gone through the appeal process at the link above and the suspension was upheld then you will have to accept that it happened.

Wait a year and then apply to the program again to see if you can get back in.

Yeah unfortunately my main account went with the case review but as I stated or at-least thought I did during the case review my ability to provide evidence was not allowed. My comments were pretty much me trying to figure out what got me the suspension
so Enforcement took that as my final response instead of clarifying and allowing me a case review.

I know what you're trying to say oynx but I'm just trying every option I can possibly try.
