Trying to fix Solitaire on my Home computer...

The problem application is the Microsoft Solitaire Suite, Daily Challenges. My June completion record has been deleted both yesterday and today. I'm using my home computer with Windows Pro 10.

Trying to open Solitaire on my Win10 PC I get an error downloading game data (error code 104)

I can open other games (Minesweeper, Sudoku, etc.) with no problem. It seems to be isolated to the Solitaire Collection.

Also, the FAQ web address in the error message is wrong.

I uninstalled your Microsoft Solitaire Collection after trying to figure out what the error 104 meant. You Microsoft could make it so much easier on people who have bought computers with windows, if only when a error comes up it tells you what the error
code means, or Microsoft games is out of service on some not all computers and when it will be fixed. With your technology looks like you could fix this. I did reinstall the Microsoft Solitary Collect after the uninstall and did a restart of my computer,
and still got the "error code 104". Waiting your reply 46xt.

I'm having what seems to be a similar sort of problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Mahjong. I try opening them on my computer but they keep cutting out on me. I also have Microsoft: Jigsaw, Sudoku and Minesweeper, but probably because
I have no games data stored for them I have no problems with these games.

I'm not sure where the above is coming from with regards to Marathon and Spiders, is this the deluxe version of the Solitaire Collection.

Anyway, I've often tried uninstalling and installing these games several times. But if I try wsreset, that you've mentioned above, on my computer do you think this will help?

I'm at work at the moment but shall I try when I get home?

I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection because my computer was very slow. When I try to reinstall, I get an error code 0x80080207.

That happens to me as well.

I've had something similar with the Solitaire Collection as well but the last Windows 10 update fixed that.

I've gone to the Windows Chat and paid to have them go over my computer remotely, which reassures me that there's nothing wrong with my computer. But Mahjong is still cutting out on me. I'm hoping that - eventually - there'll be another Windows 10 update
that will fix this as well.
