    Trying to find out why my son's account got banned?


    My son's account got banned for 15 days, and I'm trying to find out why? How do i get that information? Thanks,

    My son's xbox live account was suspended, his gamer tag is PURExFUZ1ON. I want to find out why he was suspended so I can discipline if needed. I can't seem to find out from anybody why his specific account was suspended.

    From there, you can check the account's enforcement history, submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible), and learn more about the suspension policies by Xbox Enforcement.

    you will have to post in this thread:
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to find out why your son's account was perm banned (9999 means he is NOT getting it unsuspended). NOTE that is ONLY to find out why it is banned, there is no appeals for it as they do not ban unless they have 100% proof.

    I sold to another person my sons xbox It had been doing nothing in my closet for a couple of years they say they can't get online with it

    Permanent bans cannot be reversed. I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done.

    you should look under your sons account on https://enforcement.xbox.com to find out why it may have been banned

    XBOX Theives Deleted??

    Who are the moderators around here?? They are quick to delete threads within minutes but I have been waiting close to 24 hours to find out why my 9 year old sons account got banned. Something is shady about this place,what kind of company makes you sit online
    all day and doesn't have an 800# to call to figure out these problems?
