Trying to find a way to get a very old account back.

When Xbox 360 first came out I made a profile under Sangheili0158.

I am trying to find a way to get it back. But it has been years so I can't remember the email or password.

I just wanna find my old friends I used to play Halo 3 with. I just need their gamer tags to see if they are on or if they changed their tags.

I thought it would be under my old aim account but my emails are gone and it only got me to this account that has nothing on it.

Is there a way to get an old account or to get friends of the friends list?

im trying to get my old account back no ban or nothing but the email dosent work anymore and i don't know the password but i have the email address and the phone linked to the account why cant they just send my password on the phone linked to that

Passwords are not stored by Microsoft and are known only by yourself. If you cannot remember the password for the account then try logging into xbox.com with it and select the Forgot Password option

 

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. Then you would have to reset the password.
