Discus and support trying to find a solution in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I renewed my gold for one year , i did make a mistake and used mij hotmail account instead of my outlook account .     If you & your friends keep getting suspensions then you are obviously breaking the CoC/ToU so it may be worth reading it again

    As for the enforcement team showing you proof,they are under no obligation to do so which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

    There are literally thousands of people in the enforcement forums crying about how innocent they are and how it's always someone else's fault.

    If you're willing to spend the enormous amount it would cost you, then you'd have every right to initiate legal action against Microsoft. However, if you found that you could afford to waste that kind of money, then you'd also find that they would have plenty
    of evidence to back their case, were they compelled to by a court. The reason it is their policy to refuse to validate every ban case, is the time and effort it would cost the company to do so, were it to become routine.

    If you want to fight it, you certainly can. If it were me, I'd just get off Live and buy a house with the savings.
