Trying to enter a redemption code on Xbox One and getting an endless loading screen

I keep trying to enter a code and all I get is an endless loading screen. I have tried now SEVERAL times and I have to say I do NOT like this new system when it used to be so much easier on my 360 than this. REALLY regret purchasing a Xbox One now when most
games run at 720p when PS4 runs at 1080p. Next Gen my behind. I have had nothing but problems with this machine since I wasted my money on it. Plus I REALLY dislike this new interface. Why have one and let everyone get used to it just to change it up later
and make everyone get used to the new one. Doing something as simple as entering a code now is a hassle! When it used to be so simple before on the 360!

XB Black Ops 3 beta

Did anyone get to try the beta out on XB yet? Still showing the code redemption site as being down and I'm still unable to get the code entered.

 

Need for Speed Rivals on XBox one is so bug ridden it's not operational.

We downloaded it last night on the Xbox One. It's just an endless loading screen. The actual gameplay doesn't start. Care to share how you fixed it?

 

Have you tried entering the code on xbox.com?

account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

 

They need to update the "How to Redeem a Code" page for the XBOX site because all it shows is the old interface for XB1, not the New Experience interface - and it doesn't work the same way as it did before.

 

I entered a code on xbox.com (after making double sure I was logged in) and when I go to the xbox one, the game is not there. How do I make sure I have the game. I can't put the code in again, it won't let me.

 

I've run into and currently stuck on the endless loading screen myself just trying to purchase something.

 

You should go to the store and look that game up and see if your purchased it. If not and you're unable to put the code in again, I'd definitely call Microsoft.
