    Trying to enable Cloud Storage for Saved Games gives 0x807b0198 error December 2015


    I have been dealing with this issue since right before Thanksgiving up until now Anns I've contacted twitter support they told me to tribologist told me to try a bunch of steps and none of them work then they tell me to contact phone or chat support I did
    that over the Thanksgiving break they never got it fixed does anybody know how to enable my cloud storage that actually works the Xbox live status page says all is working fine but obviously it's not I don't know what else to do and really could use some help

    When trying to enable Cloud Storage for Saved Games I get the error:

    Cloud Storage Unavailable

    Sorry, cloud storage isn't available.

    Status code: 0x807b0198

    I have a Gold account and my Xbox is definitely connected to the Internet with open NAT.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Sorry to hear it. The code you posted suggests an issue with the Cloud service at the moment. Sometimes these issues are localized and therefore do not get added to the service alerts right away. Please give it some time and then try again.

    I've actually been dealing with this issue for a month now it's still has not been fixed I tried everything your techs been telling me they keep giving me the same runaround and none of it's working none of my local friends are having this issue tired I'm
    getting really tired of this crap this needs to get fixed evidently it's giving the wrong error code for what's causing this issue I have a reset my entire network and it is still not fixing the issues so it's not my network

    Okay so let's step this crap about this issue needs to be fixed I'm getting fed up with this I just spent $500 on one of your Xbox one elite and I'm about to I'm about to demand my money back
