Trying to download pre orders ,but not anymore

I am trying to download the Halo masterchief collect for about 5 days , but it is always giving an installation error , I followed the steps from the another topic without success , I let the xbox one on the apps and games page and when the download hit
94% it gave an error of instalation sttoped , I always downloaded the pre orders easily, but since the last update I am having this problem.

Pre-orders starting to sell out in the UK

Yeah I haven't seen anywhere in Ireland that's sold out yet. But on the PS4 thing I think everywhere is still taking pre-orders but the pre-orders aren't guaranteed for launch day anymore

 

Gears of War 3 System?

I dont know about their policy of pre-orders off the top of my head, but The console isn't entirely a pre-order only but the chances of one being available is slim to none.Their is a possibility that they the local gamestop could still be taking a pre-order
but if yours is like the others i've heard They are not taking anymore pre-orders on the systems.

 

I think they started region locking the marketplaces the idiots. last year they said it doesn't matter where you at you can buy everything, xbox one is totally region free but now they sold more consoles and are starting to close things gradually. Samething
happend with xbox 360. You could download any thing without the system checking your location from your ip in the first 2 years but after that they changed their system and blocked almost everything...

Of course this is not going to be unspoken about. I will make sure to blog about it and post it on reddit and everywhere I can. I live in a non supported xbox live region half the year because of my work (Tunisia) but I'm an american citizen and actually
own a house in delaware.

Sorry to hear about the download issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then power on your console.
• From the Dashboard, select My Games & Apps.
• Scroll down to Queue and check to see if Halo is downloading.

Ok so we encountered a similar issue several times today... a customer had a problem where their download of Halo MSC pre-order stopped at 50% and would reset to 5%. All we needed was a factory reset, and the game downloaded completely. Give it a try and
let us know!
