Trying to download Naruto Shippuden Ultimate ninja storm revolution beta

hi their guys!

I have recently been trying to download the beta for Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm revolution but i cant find it any were on the xbox 360 marketplace! It only appears here online on the website. Theirs a option to send the download to my xbox but
the problem im having is it asks for a payment even though its free! (plus i dont have anytype of creditcard) why isnt it in the 360 marketplace?

Usually if you search for an item and it's not on the console, but it is on the website, that means you're looking at a different region when you're looking at the website and the content is not available in your region.
