    Changed my gamer tag and now I can't sign into my profile on any 360 games

    I just removed my profile from my XBOX one account and then added it back in with no problem. When I go to play a 360 game and try to download my profile, it keeps telling me that the password is not correct. Please advise.

    Hi Dustin D! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    Go to your network settings, advanced settings and then choose an alternative port. This is a solution for me that has always worked. The default 3074 has problems. I chose a different one and it worked immediately. I chose 53161.

    Backwards compatible game won't connect to Xbox Live

    I have I tired deleting and redownloading my Xbox One profile and I deleted my 360 cache on the One as well. Now when I try to download my 360 profile it just gives me the 8007007A code!

    Same thing just happened to me. Can't connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox One but funnily enough can on my Xbox 360. Keeps telling me to check my network but when I do it says it's working fine. Won't let me play any of the downloaded games.
