Trying to download my profile to my Xbox 360

No its iust saying

'Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem.'

But ive done that and still haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Couple things could be causing this.

1. Password is longer than 16 characters. There is a limit of 16 characters that the password box can hold so if your password is longer than 16 characters it will not fill in your full password. Just change your password to something less than 16 characters.

2. You have Two Step verification turned on. The 360s do not play well with TSV you can either turn it off or use your app password

So I've been trying to download my profile to my Xbox 360 and keep receiving error codes, the latest one that keeps popping up is that there is a problem with my credentials, but im able to log on to my Microsoft account on my phone without issue.
All of my info has been updated, I've tried logging out and back in and attempting to log in/download the profile to my xbox again, no luck. Ive tried clearing my system cache, but nothing ive tried has worked. Can anyone help me figure out how i can fix this

Is it saying your password is incorrect? If not what is the error code/error message?
