Trying to download GTA 5-NOT WORKING

I upgraded from the 500 GB Xbox one to the 1TB and can not download GTA 5. It is at 81% and stops. This is my 2nd Xbox one 1TB since the first one was defected. I am mad now that it is not downloading...wanted more memory and I have gotten more trouble with
the 1TB than the 500 GB. HELP!!!!

I got the same thing trying to download gta 5 multiplayer update.

ALLRIGHT so i was trying to download the update for gta 5 and it stopped at about 5% and would'nt go any further

The best course of action is to first reset your router. Once you have done so, go and cancel the download/uninstall if possible. After these steps have been completed begin re-downloading. Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear it. If the issue hasn't already resolved itself please remember that a quick power cycle of the console will resolve most minor issues. You can power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

You can also purchase external storage for your console to prevent the need for redownloading content. The Xbox One console will accept USB 3.0 external hard drives ranging in size from 256 GB - 16TB in size.
