Trying to download forza it's frozen at 68 percent and says purchase and content usage. I've only just bought Xbox and got the game on a card

Trying to download Forza 6

I'm currently trying to download Forza 6, and every freaking time it stops at 12.80gb out of 48.58gb. I keep getting Installation stopped, Error, see details. Code: 0x87E0000F. I'm fully updated, internet is fine. I've bought the games previously, now I
can't download any game, I tried to download Battlefield 4 as well. Any help would be nice.

It seems that there are four reasons why this error would happen:

Check for a system update. (how to update)

Xbox Live might be down. (check status)

The console is having trouble connecting to Xbox Live (general steps on optimizing your network)

The download might've become corrupted (cancel and re-download).

I would additionally check if there's enough storage space left for the Forza 6 download.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
