    Trying to download Forza Horizon (deluxe edition) that I just purchased


    Hello,

    Just purchased this AUD$139.99 game and the only thing microsoft says is: "you own this product"

    The bird at microsoft couldn't really help me and said the product will be physically send to my address......

    She then said it will be available after the 27th (It's the 25th today)

    It's just all confusing and all I want to do is download this game and play it but apparently that's to much to ask.

    Installing Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10

    I just bought Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe Edition and now it says I own it on my "Store" app on my PC. I cannot find the "Download" button for it. I've looked everywhere and talked to a support guy and he said it's broken and Microsoft is trying to fix it. I'm

    I have the same problem. I just updated to the anniversary edition of Windows 10 and Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition does show in my purchase history. When I click manage, it takes me to my library, and no download option is present as it says "Forza Horizon
    3 is part of a bundle."

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
