    Trying to download anything, the location to download it to is just a blur, and continues...


    I've tried youtubing the problem, Microsoft is not even useful, I've sat here waiting for it for an hour and nothing has changed. This is my last attempt because this is the only way for me to play Minecraft. I've uninstalled the store and reintstalled it, nothing. I've made sure there is more than enough space, nearly 400 times the space needed for it. It just does nothing.

    Hi, Eli! It's my pleasure to assist you with this today.

    Please try to follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

    Ensure that you are on the most recent version of the Xbox app

    Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all

    Ensure that you have updated your PC to the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates

    PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

    Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

    Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

    Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

    Repeat the same process for the Xbox App

    Restart Your Device:

    After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

    Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

    Download the game using the Xbox App.

    Check if this resolves the issue. Thank you!

    Thanks a lot for the tip! I tried it, but it doesn't work, the download continues to stop and restart, and I can't download my games. Is there anything else I can try or is it impossible to solve?

    Does deal between Microsoft and ActiBlizz mean that I could finally play PGR games on Xbox One and Series?

    You doesn't need to renew anything if You don't sell it. You can even let people download and play these games for free but I doubt Microsoft would be that generous. Still for them safest way would be just a requirement of using disc to download and play these titles. Just like in cases of Ace Combat 6 or Battlefield 2. Its that easy, especially since they fully own PGR and Blur IPs again lol

    Currently experiencing this issue. it downloaded about 60gigs, which was horribly slow, and now constantly gets stuck. I tried to work around this by Pausing and Resuming, which it then downloads about 0.04% before getting stuck again. Customer support is
    useless, they continue to try and make it seem like the issue is my fault. However, every other program can download anything just fine.
