not using ea desktop app due to issues

was using that xbox game pass provided on win 10 desktop

Would you please let us know what device are you using? is it a windows 10 device or an Xbox console?

i am using win 10

Would you please try to:


1. Uninstall the EA Desktop app

2. Restart the computer

3. Open Game Pass and select the desired game

4. The app will be reinstalled and the download will start immediately.

Note: If you are logged in using your EA account, please log out and log back in using your Xbox Account instead of an EA account
