trying to download a game but the game is stuck in queued on 0% and has been for days!

trying to download a game and it stuck in queued but it is still on 0% I have tried turning my xbox off, restarting the download, restarting my xbox, resetting my router, tried downloading another game but the same problem occurs, I need help pronto !!

GTA 5 install frozen/stuck at 73%!!

Gta v game has taken 7 days to download from digital market and it's stuck at 97%! On the games and apps nothing is queued for download. It says its ready to play. What do i do?

COD: ghost , it has been stuck on 96% for about an hour, it keeps changing from installing to queuing, even thought there is nothing else downloading, i have also downloaded the game but because the update is not on, i can not get on the game to p[lay,
so ive been sat here for 13 hours all together now trying to sort things out with it, only to have the download not work either time
