There wouldn't be a way to create two gamertags on one Microsoft Account, likely the second account had a similar e-mail address. Are you able to try alternate Microsoft accounts for signing in?

Alternatively, if you're still getting the same issue, try to use or create a new different Microsoft account. It may work on a different account.

The problem occurs When I'm trying to' create the account directly from the Xbox one so i'm not using any browser.



As you see that's how I'm trying to' create the account but when I've inserted the "I'm not a robot" code i can't complete the process because it takes me back to this screen.
