Trying to create a new profile but permissions are blocked

I created an account for myself. The account is an adults account. My son is trying to play P v.s. Z Garden Warfare but after all the bs of creating a new account (and having to use outlook) I'm still getting "profile doesn't have permissions.)

I've check allow/everyone everywhere I can find, redownloaded profile as console asked and still nothing. There are no credit cards attached to this account. What else needs to be done to let a kid play a silly online game?

There is absolutely NO phrase, words or anything else on the box, dvd or site that says one MUST have a 'gold' membership so surely this game can be played online with a 360 live account? But how?

Definitely going to skip the online stuff from now on and just buy the disks instead.

Are you trying to create a new GT? If so, why are you entering your old, blocked WLID and password?

Cant purchase things because i am underage!

Sorry But if you are underage you do not have permission to purchase without your parent/guardians permission if you have parental settings but if you do not you are going to have to create a new account

You would need a gold subscription. Gold is required for online multiplayer. Garden Warfare is an online only game so it would require gold. If you bought it as a disc, the back of the case does state that a paid subscription is required for online multiplayer
(gold). If you bought it digitally, the gold requirement is the first line of the game description:

try to create another windows profile and check if the problem comes from admin permissions.

Once Blocked a Profile cannot send you Messages. That is unless your son (or whoever) is Unblocking that Profile by sending Messages back or Unblocking it.

Block a Profile and do not send it any Messages and it will remain Blocked forever. If they make a new Profile and send a new Message, Block again. It's a lot easier to hit one button to Block then it is to create a Profile.

If the games are installed, it needs the game service, if it is not working or not installed, it is probably related to the permissions of the profile you created in windows.

try creating another profile with another account and see if it works.
