Can I chat with someone who can help me with my account, please? I've been dealing with this crap for almost 4 years now. When is it gonna stop? Microsoft/Xbox should seriously change their security measures.

Microsoft Does not care!

Oh I know that the thing is that this issue was upgraded according to them to the next tier in their support system. Now what wait until when? Now this has gone on for more than a month without resolution.

I have allready contacted WOT but they say to contact xbox console support for the issue.

But you suggest to wait for the next reset (I guess you mean update)
