    Trying to connect to my Xbox Live!


    I keep typing in what I think the IP Address might be, and then the Subnet Mask...and then the Gateway, and it still is not working. HELP! It only shows that the connection test has failed, I don't know how to fix it and the suggestions are working either...

    Trying to connect to xbox live

    Almost A guarenteed fix

    1.On the dashboard, go to the “Settings” page

    2.Select “System”

    3.Select “Console Settings”

    4.Select “Remote Devices”

    5.Under “PlayTo,” select “Off”

    i have time warner cable internet and my xbox live connection isnt working. My home wireless and ethernet work perfectly, but whenever i try to connect my Xbox to live, it says that i am connected to the internet, but that it cant connect to xbox live

    whenever i load a game it immediately disconnects me from xbox live.

    whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

    Ive continued testing things to try and get my xbox connected and still no success.

    It always connects to the internet, but refuses to connect to live.

    It says "Your console is connected to the internet but cannot contact xbox live."

    So would this mean its something on the xbox live servers side?

    I know my ISP isnt blocking it since I already called and they actually tested an xbox 360 themselves to try and check, and they could connect.
