TRYING TO CONNECT TO INTERNET

Defaulted gateway, cleared cache 3 times, defaulted 360 network settings used same ethernet cable, same issue.

Defaulting the Motorola did change ip settings and dns settings to the correct addresses.

At this point, let's not discuss how your Belkin router, or your Motorola gateway should be properly setup, to work with one or the other, seamlessly, but instead concentrate on why your Xbox 360 can't connect through your Motorola gateway.

Try reset your Motorola gateway back to factory defualts. Consult the manual for your gateway, how to properly restore to factory settings. If your connection method requires authentication to your ISP (username and password), make sure you know the login
crendentials for your ISP.

On your Xbox 360, clear the Xbox system cache, and restore network settings to factory defaults (as mentioned in a previous post).

Turn off your console.

Use the same Ehternet Cable as you're using to connect your Xbox One, to your Motorola, and connect this Cable to your Xbox 360 instaed.

Turn on your console and head over to Network Settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Appreciate if you can post up the model number of our Belkin device, and your Motorola gateway as well.

Make sure your Xbox One's Power settings are set to energy-saving mode, and not Instant-On mode.

Unplug your Xbox One from the Motorola.

Restore your Xbox 360's network settings (Network settings > Configure Network > Additional settings tab > Restore network settings to factory defaults).

If it's possible, power off your Motorola for a couple of minutes, and make a direct connection to the Motorola.

Is your Belkin F7D2301 v1 (01) configured to be operating as an Access Point? You usually have an existing WLAN infrastructure that you can extend with a wireless access Point (repeater).

Wired 360 to Motorola no luck. Worked like that before Christmas. Reboot Motorola, same result.
