Trying to close my alt then my main

Just so that I understand what you are saying.

You have 2 accounts an alternate account and a main account with the same email address attached to both accounts?

This is not possible for this exact reason it would not know what account to sign into if you went to sign in. There has to be some slight difference between the emails.

What happens when you try and sign in on the Xbox app?

Please sign in to your Main account and press the Xbox button on the controller.

Go to System> Settings> Account> Sign in, Security & Passkey.

Check under "Show on Home" which email is used on the main account.

Now sign into your alt account. Repeat the steps and double check that it really is using the same email (which is normally not possible).

Should you use a Xbox 360 console, go to Settings, then Account, go to "Your Information" and "Account Security" instead to check for the E-Mail address used.

No one has ever had 2 accounts under same email. Maybe one is yahoo and other is gmail. Etc. Etc.

ok so that day i unlinked my account because i was trying to log in an alt account but i couldnt for some reason , then i created another psn account for my other account and logged in whilst my main account was unlinked . I left home with my alt logged on and my main unlinked . Then i came back home and i couldnt log in my main . 1 week ago i unlinked my alt from my alt psn account trying to log in my main psn account with my alt . But in a matter of seconds of unlinking my account and switching psn , it said it was allready connected even that i unlinked . I can still log on xbox app and minecraft on my phone
