Trying to change my profile from xbox (beta) app

what happens if you try to update a custom picture to your profile? It still gets stucks?

Also, I suggest to use the nex Xbox App (Beta) if you're playing on pc: try to change picture from that one.

This is definitely useful and I will try the last thing you said but I'm trying from my phone on the xbox beta app and I know people that can change there gamer pic but for some reason I cant

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are asking how to show online. You will need to go to the companion app, not the Xbox beta app. Then it works just like the Xbox console to change. Click on profile, then where it says appear offline or
online, select from the drop down which one you like. Note: it will not show this on the Beta app.

It's likely that the login status of the Microsoft Account which has the active subscription changed from the Microsoft Store app. I'm pretty sure the Xbox (beta) app uses the account signed into the Store app for verification purposes.

Open the Microsoft Store app and click on the profile icon in the top right corner. Confirm that the correct account is logged into the Store and then verify it is the same account you are logged into the Xbox (beta) app.
