    Trying to change my name on Xbox, but it keeps setting my country to United States and...


    I've gone into about every menu I can find and made sure my region is set to England with my address and everything, yet every time I try to go change my time and it tells me to fill out my address, it insists on setting my rehion to United States, and
    I can't change it. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    I take it you're trying to change this on the website? The website automatically defaults to the US for some reason. You can change the region in the far bottom left hand corner of the site.

    No? What has that got to do with it?
    I was checking to see if you were in the program, as it could have been a preview issue.

    You may want to attempt a soft factory reset. Open the guide, go to settings, system, console info and select reset console. Reset keeping all games and apps. Be sure you know your login details as you will need them.
