Trying to cancel SongPop

If you were able to get the subscription through Microsoft Store you can manage and cancel the subscription by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using your Microsoft account.

Thank you for your information. Not sure what does that mean exactly, but I've sent them an inquiry on that.

They do not use Microsoft's payment system. They allow promotions all the time from those who do.

With regards to this problem, have you somehow tried checking other email addresses you can remember via https://account.microsoft.com/services page? Once you sign in to the right account where the transaction is associated, the subscription will appear on this page.

I am afraid we cannot check accounts here, there is no guarantee an Xbox support would be able to do so as well if the user cannot verify what account is that too. Another way is to contact the payment provider where you are being charged to request and block the transactions, and file a dispute for unauthorized charges.

On the page, click on "Contact us" > Subscriptions & billing > I can't redeem a code > Type in "Support" then there you should see option to message or request a callback from the Xbox team. The option I provided here is diferent, this is just a way to easily find the option to reach the Xbox support.

I would suggest to go for the chat option instead, based on experience it is much faster than the callback.
