    i have been trying for days to cancel my music subscription. when i go to the x box live site, it just sends me around in circles. when i click on support, it keeps saying website down. is there any way to talk to someone personally. im trying to cancel,
    before my credit card gets charged

    I'm trying to disable automatic renewal online / find it but I cant find it anywhere.

    I am trying to cancel my xbox music monthly subscription after a free trial.

    HELP!!?

    Um, just logged on and have been trying for about an hour to get this taken care of also. Majorly lame.

    contact xbox Support on phone and let them do it

    in General use
    account.xbox.com/.../Manage     and there should be an Option to cancel automatic renewal
