    My account has locked due to this so I can't cancel my game pass subscription and I already tried to get it back but it doesn't work. What do I do?

    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing and they will help you cancel it. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Accidentally Canceled Xbox Live

    You would have to try contact support to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    The 1$ promotion is for Game Pass Ultimate which includes Gold, Game Pass for Xbox, and Game Pass for PC. Since Ultimate includes all of those, your gold was automatically cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate when you made the purchase. So cancelling Ultimate
    cancels everything.

    You can cancel game pass by going to
    account.microsoft.com    , select services & subscriptions, scroll down to game pass, select payment & billing under game pass, then select cancel. That should cancel your game pass for you.
