Trying to cancel game pass

I've been trying to cancel the game pass for Xbox 1. I know how, it's just whenever I try to access "services and subscriptions",

I get an error message in a yellow box that says "

Try that again

Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help."

I've been waiting for 2 days now. Please help.

CANCELING GAMEPASS

You can cancel game pass by going to
account.microsoft.com, select services & subscriptions, scroll down to game pass, select payment & billing under game pass, then select cancel. That should cancel your game pass for you.

Did the season pass not get cancelled and they gave the dlc away for free because of the state of the game on release?

If yes then surely it should be free to anyone who owns unity? Or are they trying to get some money back by charging for it now?Click to expand...

The Season Pass was cancelled and DLC give away free and anyone who had the Season Pass was offered a Free Game so I can't see why they would give this away for free to anyone who own's Unity. Season Pass maybe but not everyone.

Maybe by cancelling the Season Pass and giving away a free game it cancels out the above

You would have to try contact support to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

The 1$ promotion is for Game Pass Ultimate which includes Gold, Game Pass for Xbox, and Game Pass for PC. Since Ultimate includes all of those, your gold was automatically cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate when you made the purchase. So cancelling Ultimate
cancels everything.
