    Hiya on the 2nd i tried to change my phone number on the account and its in the process on doing it but now when i try to buy xbox live it will not let me anything you can do? I just want to play on the division but you wont let me without xbox live

    The error code could be a couple different things, could mean issues with your Billing Information, I would call Support for more information, they will be able to determine what that error code is that your recieving.

    I tried to buy xbox live with not enough money in my bank and now they've banned my card and I can't use my card any more because they though I was being fraudulent, is there any way of unlocking my account.

    It can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect.

    Best thing is to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & see if there's anything they can do.

    They are the only ones with access to your account information so no one on the forums can do anything.
