Trying to buy Xbox Live Gold on XB1

Hey All,

I saw a month of XBL for $1 on my XB1 and tried to purchase it. I keep getting this error "Something is wrong on our end. Please try again in a bit" or something like that. I tried multiple times last night and once very early this morning. I tried to chat
with XB support but nothing happened. I hit the start chat button and nothing....

Has this happened to anyone else?

Trying to buy NHL 15 at cyber monday sale price not working

Just bought an xb1 for kid for Xmas and am setting various things up

to note:

I am from Canada.

Just started red a live gold one month trial.

I restarted xb1 and bought titanfall bundle successfully.

i am trying to buy nhl15 at the sale price (38.49) canadian as it shows on my PC browser but

it won't let me complete the sale at that price. It shows full price durng the purchase process.

I can't buy thru the Xbox (like I did titanfall) because it's no longer showing me i am a gold member And is trying to sign me up again.

Rebotted a a couple times and still no gold showing up.

Called xbox support and they confirmed I'm a gold member. They suggested I post here for help.

Help?

As of right now, yes, they will need to have a gold account to get online...

If you only plan on buying one FAMILY XB1.... YOU will need to be the only gold account and they can be silver....

IF you plan on getting an XB1 and buying ONLY one XB1, your best bet would be to just buy them on a monthly gold for like $10/mnth or pick up some MS points cheap as they are getting discontinued... and buy a monthly sub till you get the XB1
