    We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out code

    So,yesterday,i bought a GLOBAL Xbox One Live Gold on G2A,and when i tried to activate,it sayed the region is not the correct.After many hours later of trying,i got tired.I wanted to buy V-Bucks too on fortnite,but i sayed we're having trouble processing
    your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out code.I would be really happy if i could buy things,cuz right now i can't buy NOTHING.I tried chaning Xbox location too,and microsoft account billing too.

    Hello

    Your son just needs to buy V- bucks from the store in fortnite. You will get a prompt for payment method then you just select from there. Keep in mind there's taxes and surcharge fee's.

    Once he's purchased V-bucks he can buy whatever he can afford.
