trying to buy the Destiny Rise of Iron DLC

Y'all are going to love me, I figured out how to fix it. My wife and I both pre ordered from GameStop weeks before the DLC came out and the day before launch day, so the 19th, we got the codes we needed from GameStop and put them in then. Now the 20th rolled
around and we both got on. Mine worked great, hers did not. All I had to do was press the yellow rise of iron emblem on the map screen, Press purchase game and it worked. She tried and it said that query fail thing. So three has passed now and I'm playing
with hers trying to figure it out and I did. Go to the home screen on your Xbox. On the right where it says "Learn the fate of the iron lords" press on that. Make sure you already have the codes for the game and gjallahorn and gjhallawing put in. Scroll down
to where it says the gjallahorn and gjallarwing purchase thing under in this bundle and click on it then press install. It's quick. Now press B and go back and click on the destiny: Rise of iron purchase thing right next to the other one you just did. Press
it and install. After that hers worked. Just go in the game now and have fun. Your welcome.

Hi all,

In order to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron you must make sure your account which is trying to purchase Rise of Iron owns Destiny: The Taken King. That is required to be able to purchase Rise of Iron.

Now if you have finished that step then you have a few methods of which you can buy the DLC:

1. You can sign into your account via this link here:
www.microsoft.com/.../c3tbg0pc3fc9 and buy the DLC

Or

2. Launch your game and under the director select the icon for Rise of Iron and select purchase and try to purchase the DLC.

Now you also could try searing the Store on your Xbox One for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" but if you do make sure it says "Pre-Order" otherwise you will run into the issue of it stating it can only be bought in a bundle.
