    Hello, goodnight from Brazil. I want do buy COD BO II, but I dont have any credit card, so I went to mall and buy a Gift Card, and says cleary that I can buy games, films, whatever, but when I try to buy the game, I dont have that opition. What can I do?
    Please, help me!!! I have just waited more than 2 hours on the online chat and it closed, so I am very desapointed. Could some one help me?

    Authorization problem for payment

    I had this same exact problem for about a month. I contacted the support and told me in about 3 days or something they'll get it fixed. And it did get fixed. If you're trying to get something on sale or anything, then buy a gift card from Amazon or anything.
    I used gift cards to pay since I could't pay with my CC or Paypal.

    Are you trying to make the purchase on a 360 or One? You can only use your Microsoft account balance to purchase 360 content on a 360 console.

    You can't buy a gift card with a gift card. You would use the funds to buy something through Xbox/Microsoft.

    i think you should try to redeem that gift card somewhere else you can buy a xbox gift card, buy it, and use it here.

    Hey there Ed! Are you getting any errors when you try to buy the game? It looks like the Cashstar Gift Card is a Gift Card to RadioShack. If that is the case, you won't be able to use a RadioShack gift card to buy content off of Xbox Live.
