Trying to Buy Minecraft Texture Pack for Daughter Who Doesn't Have XBox Live Account

You'll want to use the Gamertag you created which has the Microsoft Account associated with Xbox Live, if you're not sure which that is, we'd recommend contacting our chat/phone teams who are able to dive deeper into the account.

You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team HERE. When using this account
you'll be able to make the purchase on the Xbox Store using either a Debit/Credit Card or Stored currency which you can purchase at many local retailers who sell Xbox Merchandise.

You could also create an account for her if you wish and then attach it to your account, but if she's already made Minecraft worlds and content on your account, it wouldn't make much sense. In order to play her created worlds, she'd need to be using that
account to play them. (The save games are attached to the profile which created them)

I checked through my purchase history and it does not show the Minecraft game for some reason, i assume it may be because i add Microsoft credit to my account and use that to purchase items.

However in my purchase history there is several Minecraft texture packages, so these should prove i have once owned the game, only a fool would buy texture packages for a game they did not own.

I also have 40% of Achievements for the game so i obviously played for a period of time.

I know i played the game online because when i was not connected to the internet my worlds did not appear.

Texture packs and skin packs i have brought (According to my purchase history)

MINECRAFT FANTASY TEXTURE PACK

MINECRAFT FESTIVE SKIN PACK

MINECRAFT CITY TEXTURE PACK

She was trying to buy Minecraft. It won't even let her download the texture packs that she OWNES on the 360 version.

Hi thanks for your help but I have triple-checked the account and it is owned on Xbox but on the Microsoft website it doesn't show that I own it, but shows some purchases for/inside the game for mine coins and skin packs but not the game. The only Minecraft purchase that is not any DLC/skin/texture packs is the Xbox One edition of Minecraft.

This is a bug that Mojang has been working on since the Bedrock version was released for PS4 but has not provided any official response or solutions. There are a few things to try and solve this issue.

First, make sure that your Microsoft account has a Gamertag by logging in to http://account.xbox.com/ or the Xbox app. Then, I would recommend reinstalling the game on your PS4 system.
That should force the game to make you login again.

I've also seen that downloading a free texture pack and then activating it from the in-game Minecraft Store should help force the sign in. In the Minecraft Store, go to Texture Packs then Texture Packs by Minecraft and look for "Minecraft texture Update
Beta". Download that pack and activate it. If it doesn't work, try downloading and activating another free pack.
