    Trying to buy games, signed in or not signed in?


    I just added 600HKD to my account. I live in mainland China, but I always have to buy games with HKD as my xbox is not the Chinese version; I bought it before that exsisted and I don't speak Chinese. Anyway, I can't purchase games on my xbox. When I click
    "buy", it just loads and loads then just goes back to the regular screen. When I try to access payment and billing, it just loads and loads then says it's not available, try again later; but it has been saying that for 2 days and I haven't found any others
    with this problem. I have my console set to HK, there is no option to set it to China. I have never had this problem before.

    Also, if I try to buy games on my computer, it lets me sign in, but then when I try to click the purchase game button it is unclickable.

    When I try to chat with a live support person, it says; "thank you for signing in, getting ready to chat" but I am already signed in both to xbox and Microsoft but in the top right hand corner it says "sign in" but is unclickable. What is going on????????

    How do I delete a user profile from the console?

    Are you signed into the player 1 account when trying to delete it, or are you signed into your account when trying to delete it?

    2 Xbox One's with one main account

    @ Bl4Ck no you can buy from any console. I have two xbox ones and does not matter which one I buy from. I redownload on either or and purchase on either or. On my home console I do not have to be signed in for anyone to play. On second console if my son
    wants to play a game on it, my gamertag must be signed in for him to use any of my games.

    You would need to ensure that you're signed in on the Microsoft Store app using the same account that you used to buy the game.

    If you were, try signing out and signing in again on the Microsoft store app and click Library > Get Updates.

    Are you signed into the Windows Store on Windows 10 with the same account you used to buy the game on Xbox? If not, please sign in with the correct account and try again.

    It is showing you to buy it because you are not signed in on the Xbox store. I can see the "Sign in" button showing on your browser.

    Try to sign in on the Xbox app or the Microsoft store and see how it goes.

    Sorry to hear about that, however, you first need to ensure that you're signed in on the Microsoft store app using the same account that you used to buy the game. If not, unfortunately, Java isn't shareable.

    If yes, try signing out and signing in again on your Microsoft store app, Xbox app and Minecraft launcher.
