Trying to buy Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox store

Hi,

I have tried to buy Forza Horizon 4 on the online store, and it has asked my parent for permission to buy the game, however the email has not come through and there is no order history for the game on the credit card i used.

Please may you advise me on what to do and also how to remove the parent permission?

Microsoft Store Problem

Hey! So I'm on Xbox one X and I'm having issues with buying games. So I can't buy anything from the Microsoft store with my credit card, but my dad's card works fine. I Have updated my card information many times. And when trying to buy a game Xbox
says "Can't process payment". Also I can buy Forza Horizon 4 dlc cars from the ingame marketplace with my card but not from Microsoft store?

I found that I can't sync, get my old data back. But, I found a way to get the forza horizon 4 in my second account! In Microsoft store it says that I can play forza horizon 4,or buy to my own. Does this mean that I have to buy the game? I think no.
