Trying to buy backward compatible X360 for XB1 but prices in $ (live in UK)

My console is set to UK in settings, I live in the UK but when I try and buy the backwards compatible 360 games they are an in US $.

My credit card and paypal have been set up and I'm going in circles trying to fix it. I've got codes and gone through all that but still unable to by (for example, Ghostbusters is showing a £3.74 +tax)? Billing contact information has me as a US customer

Can anyone please help?

If you are inside the backward-compatible menu (X360 interface from X1) you can purchase additinal contents for X360. You cannot purchase them directly from dashboard of X1, but you can only buy backward-compatible games.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like your Xbox Live account region is set to the United States. You can correct that by
migrating it to the UK at which point, you should be able to make purchases.

how exactly do I do that? All the settings I can see are set to UK.

Did you click the link I provided above? You will need to sign into your Xbox Live account, then move to the next page where you can select the United Kingdom from the dropdown list. Then "Accept" the changes and your Xbox Live account region should match
your physical location of the UK.

If for whatever reason that doesn't work, let us know so we can take another look.
