Trying to buy a season of a show but not able to

I am trying to buy a couple season of a show but for some reason the two I want it says "buy season" but when I click on it nothing happens. If I go to some seasons that I'm not ready to buy it says the same thing and when I click, it actually will work...

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with completing a purchase for a season of a television show on the Microsoft Store. What is the show you are attempting to purchase? Also are you on Windows 10 or the Xbox One?

It was naruto shippuden, I figured out I could scroll down lower and buy each episode so that's what I ended up doing

I'm having the same problem with the same shows. I've been trying to figure out if its because I didn't buy a season pass. If that were the case, is "last night on TV" only be for season pass holders?

Ok. I tried deleting the XBoxVideo app info & re-entered it afterward. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

I tried deleting my profile and redownloading it, before trying again. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

I tried deleting the rights database. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

As before, I'm still able to see & access it on XBoxVideo.com

I see. Is there an error message or what exactly happens when you try to access the season pass?

I literally go in and it comes out that it is disconnected, it shows my points, the season it is in, challenges, but it does not go in to buy things
