trying to buy a game

my internet connection is good...i have it connected through ethernet cable...its been two hours of trying and still nothing...but its only with certain games because when i try with other games there isn't that error message.

i first tried on my xbox and when it didnt work there...i tried my account on on my computer but had the same problem.

i just tried at it again and it went through, maybe enough time passed. Thank you guys for your time and responses trying to help...take care!

I try download it with paypal and it says, Sorry

An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later.

Im not sure if this is because I have tried it to many times on the credit card, as I read that it sometimes automatically wont let you do it after you have done it a certain amount of times wrong.

Problem solved, waiting a few hours, used paypal, Thank Duracell!

I managed to get it to work by creating a paypal account with my credit card and using that instead of my credit card alone...

perhaps its an issue with the transaction processing for Credit cards, as the processing for paypal works fine.
