I've only played Bioshock Infinite, and was blown by the awesomeness of it. I'm considering getting Bioshock Collection and give the first two a try as well.

I think Fallout and Bioshock reflect my personality the most. I absolutely love the retrofuturism aesthetic. And Fallout especially allows me to collect/gather, which reflects my passion for collecting.
