    Trying to add a friend on Xbox live (360) and it says "can't complete this process"


    Keep trying to add a friend on my Xbox live (this is on my 360), it says I am signed in to Xbox live, my wifi connection has no issues, but for some reason it says "can't complete this process. please try again." but offers no error code number and I was
    unable to find any troubleshooting on the Xbox support page, just simple instructions for adding a friend. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

    Friend-Adding Problems.

    I am trying to add a friend on Xbox Live for the 360 and every time I send the request, I get this message: "Can't complete this process. Please try again. For more into, visit
    www.xbox.com/support."

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    I can't send a Friend Request

    I've been trying for the past couple days to add a longtime friend to my friends list, and when I hit send request, a message pops up saying, "Can't complete this process. Please try again. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support." Xbox Live Service Status
    says everything's up and running, and Xbox Support doesn't give any solutions. What do I do?

    Why can't I send friend requests anymore

    For some reason, when I send friend requests, it says that Xbox LIVE "couldn't complete the process". When I restart my Xbox, the friend requests appear on my friends list, pending. But I still can't send any requests. When I cancel a request, it says it
    cannot complete process, and I have to restart my Xbox again.

    It only updates whenever I restart my Xbox. It won't work otherwise.
