Trying to activate code, getting error that is out of the database

After entering a code for 3 month membership the code is accepted and after selecting confirm on second screen I`m getting following error:

games codes. Fallout fallout
3 and 4 4 code to activate and
download the game, but the
fallout 3 does not want to activate

i can't activate my xbox 360 live gold code

when i trying to activate my code im going to that page ant then i getting message saying this
