    Trying to redeem a gold card but i keep getting'something went wrong'

    Do you get a specific errorcode when trying to enter it on
    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

    After you enter the code and it doesn't work could you copy and paste the entire box (not your 5x5 code) in a comment below ?
